Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling at Vardan School of Finance.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content — delivered immediately upon payment — course fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Refund Window

A refund may be considered only if:

• Request is raised within 48 hours of payment AND
• No more than one live session has been attended AND
• Less than 10% of recorded content has been accessed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after 48 hours
• Unable to attend due to personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction with market outcomes (the course is educational, not a profit-guarantee service)
• Technical issues at user end (internet, device)

4. Cancellation by VSF

If a batch is cancelled from our end, students will get a full refund or transfer to the next batch — their choice.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fee up to 5% may apply.
